There is an ad in there for free hosting for 3 years.

also, free hosting is easy to find, especially if it's on a linux server
free windows hosting is a bit more scarce, though they do exists: http://www.brinkster.com

I've had the site for about half a week, and everything is fine. As slinky said... no cc# was asked for. I have 4 email accounts on mine already, and I set the site up in about 4 hours - fully functional.
I used it for Friday Music Time, and the speed seemed just fine.
If they change anything on me, all they could do is ask me politely for money. In which case, I would move on.
