Broken Powerbook?

    Logic board friend on my 800mhz titanium.. Sent it back to Apple as it was still under warranty. They explained their 5-10 business day turnaround. It's been 10 days and now I find that their 'turnaround' is not policy, it's not even a general rule of thumb. They can keep my laptop however long it takes for them to repair it. After three weeks (3 fuckin weeks?) it goes to 'Customer Relations' and then who know what? Point is, I'm fucking pissed. Anyone else have a similar, apple-fucked-your-goat story they'd like to share with the world?

    the combo drive wouldnt close tightly on my iBook, so i sent it back and had it returned, fixed in like 2 days
