hmm
I understand it is a golf site but I suppose you can get slightly more creative with the nevigaton. The type above outlined is not registering too pretty for some reason. Shades of green is a great theme and I wonder if you might pull more from that.

golf sites are interesting for 'older' people, who aren't always into computers, so i think they haven't al flash installed.
navigation must be very simple.
font size must be big.

That illustration on the logo could do wth some serious work too.
