Flash Academy Leader

  Hi all
  i remember a time when a lot of those film grain flas with an Academy Leader have been around. Unfortunately i can't find them any more.
  Right now i would like to set an Academy Leader as a preloader in front of a client work...
  OK OK i could set up one by myself but i am not 100% sure how this looks exactly and since this one is for a TV client it should look real ;-)
  any tips, links or maybe an original as a small movie
