Mac Problem!

Got a problem here, I think its somthing to do with explorer.
From this morning the screen is constantly flashing on and off ( almost like its refreshing) this is happening one Ive opened Explorer, Iam finding hard even typeing this message because the screen keepsz randomly flashing. Iam on 0s9.2 system and its version 5 of explorer for mac. HELP!

erh how do you rebuild the desktop again?
Its not explorer, just opening up Itunes and its started again..
seems to be somthing to do with memory? I ussually run about 5 different programs without this kind of problem.

1. trash explorer prefs
2. turn off mac
3. hold alt+apple+p+r
4. wait 3 startup-beeps
5. hold alt+apple while restart
6. let desktop rebuild, don't cancel!

dont use x much yet. waiting for the new quark update.
It all started after I checked out that newstoday article on design is kinky. the Irony....
It dont start this refreshing until iam running more than one program. gonna try rebuilding the desktop now anyway. Il be back. I hope.
