Have been seeing a lot of .png's used in flash movies that are RGBA with very low file size. Photoshop seems to make it's png's with alpha transprancy files massive. Is there a trick in photoshop, or is it another program??

flash compresses PNGs very well.

Even if they are exported out of photoshop at 100kb?

yes. ... and if theyre still too big in the flash. you go into the library and screw around with the file size there where it still looks good but isnt too heavy.
i try to keep blurs and feathered edges to a minimum with pngs.
we did a test here at 65 media and we found that we can control file size much better by making all images pngs. even the ones with no transparency. you can control them in flash just likeyou control jpg compression.
