too many colours...in my opinion when designing a logo, I wouldn't use more than two.
Also, I always begin designing it in B+W, then adding colour.
Sorry, I don't like your choice of typrface....

save's right! start it in b/w! a logo has to be like a stamp. so no colors and no bevels(!)
i personally like the way no1 goes.

I dont like those fonts either, they're fonts that were trying to look 'space-age' years ago and now they just look pretty redundant, try something that has a more timeless quality and that will not look dated in a few years time, can still be modern if you like just needs to be more refined.

I agree with all that's been said...
Make it work in B&W first - it will actually be easier for you to see what is working when you aren't distracted by colour.
Also remember to see how it works in different sizes.

Try http://www.logoed.fsnet.co.uk and the book Los Logos for inspiration, they should give you some good ideas on composition, colours and fonts.
