Not exactly how a live action movie could ever be called "anime" since that automatically implies it's animated.
Surprised no one said Cowboy Bebop. Sure it has your typical bounty hunters, but the action is hot, and the concept of different music styles in each episode is fairly brilliant. Great stories too.
Pixelfrog, not a fan of anime? A shame...
