I am doing animations which I will use in a music video. I am working with Flash and Vegas on PC. So I figure I could export the animation including tween-effects as an AVI file but this seems not to be the case. All I get is what is on the timeline.
Should I rethink and work with another program? Or is the away to go around this problem? Maybe Director is a better program for this project, but I am not really familiar with that program and since I am flashfreak I thought - hey I start here.
I am doing quite simple things which I previously drawn in illustrator and just need some moving to get started so no 3d program is needed...
Big ups!

sounds like you need to learn after effects. i dont know much about flash and vidoe, but i've had problems rendering movieclips within movieclips to video in flash

Avoid using moveclips and just tween every thing on the main timeline, export as Quicktime Video and compress as Animation. I think that should be fine .

if you can, export as uncompressed avi instead of quicktime. the video turns out better.
