This company that I have been contracting for wants to hire me fulltime. I would be doing design and front end web development. Can anybody, particularly people from Sonoma County, tell me what i should expect for salary? What are you getting? I'm thinking that $60,000 a year is reasonable.

About 3.5 years. Santa Rosa. There are 3 people in the company. I would be the primary designer and handle a lot of the web development.

with 3.5 years experience,if you can get 60k in santa rosa, in this climate, it would be super, 50-55k would be good also... imo

Sonoma County covers a lot of ground, shellie.
For your situation I'd say 40k-50k. 50k tops.
but I'm just making a semi-educated guess.

i wouldnt move there again..
its a nice area.. but the people there.... are pretty ghetto.. its a crap holei moved out asap now living in Mill Valley,ca

unless your very good.. 60k a year is kind of rediculas to get.. anywhere for a fulltime job. but if you freelance on the side.. you could make a pretty good amount every year.

I think 60k for 3.5 years is very high. But go for it if you feel you're worth it.

It depends on what part you live in, but for the most part it is a craphole compared to some of the other towns in this area. I moved here from Sebastopol and regret it. I think I'll move back if I get a decent salary.
