looks nice so far.
one dislike:
the logo is fine, but the logotype bothers me.
anytime i see a logotype that i can easily pick out, then it bothers me. i see "Miechelleangella" and i know that it is Papyrus. even without checking, bc i have seen it used so many times. i admit that it doesnt look bad, but still it bothers me.the fact that it is in the rest of the site bothers me even more, but this may just be a personal thing.
i also dislike seeing Copperplate, Apple Chancery, Hobo, and Sand. holy SHIT i hate Sand (the font).
anyway. nice colors. kinda has a good warm feel for the jewelry an whatnots.
the file size was a bit large, but not terribly. it might be a good idea to split up the swf and load each section.
anyway, those are my thoughts. all in all, i still give you a smiley face for your work. =)

yeah im not stoked on htere logo either. im just doign a quick site for them pro Bono.
As for the fonts. i tryed to use the same fonts as there logo. I just used two.. papyrus and Skia. Not my favorite but its the 2 fonts they used in there logo.
Thanks

then i have to say, good job.
sometimes it is hard to work around a logo you dont like. but what ya got works well with it. (and i dont mean that in a bad way =D )

I think it works (color & Nav) . I agree with bio on the fonts.
1 thing, you may want to brand the loading frame.
- steadyvibe0

It works pretty good for what it is, and I definitely have to back up bio's opinion of splitting it up into separate swfs the loading time was bit annoying on dialup. And i understand the sacrifices for the fact that it was probono and all. There's maybe one or two things that bother me... the navigation seems disjoint from the content a bit like it doesn't grip to the content... and the other thing is how the logo, menu, artwork etc.. is all very organic and soft but then you display the content in a big solid box with big bold scrollers... maybe play up that organic nature in the scroll bar and content box shape? Just some ideas to promote the unification of the elements i guess... rock on.
