stupid clients.
Here's the taglines we developed for a commercial office space capitalizing on the great views of the city:
1. an office with a view
2. work late and enjoy it.Which do you think is more witty and of couse which do you think they went with.

Never present concepts that you wouldn't be happy to go with.
This way you control the situation. You'll be happy to work with any one that is chosen.

In Jolly Ol' England, I believe this is what is referred to as a "booby prize."

yeah, I know, I know. but that means doing more work.
I think it's funny how big agencies get away with outrageous ideas for million dollar clients and small time clients seem to think that everything has to be dull and unintellegent.
Shouldn't it be the other way around?

whatever you do, make it BIG.

Seems to me that laziness is the problem and not the client.
It's your job to educate them if you do it right they'll depend on you for everything and trust what you tell them.

Hey, just passing some advice down the line.
Take it for what it is.
Enjoy your clients while you can. Someone that's willing to pick up the slack will be knocking at their door soon.
