cross-border freelance?

    Hi,
    anyone here familiar with working abroad or hiring someone from another country for freelance work?

    How did you do it, with taxes, payment methods, time cards etcetera? I'm thinking of mainly hiring someone outside a EU country.

    Would my best bet be to just keep looking nationally?

    Any ideas, tips & links would be highly apprechiated. Thanks!

    You mean outside EU to save money?
    There was a story in the news here about graphic design projects that were outsourced from Denmark to Malaysia.
