ok tell me if this works
Hypothesize me being in Europe I would order a Dell in the States and since they only ship within the States could I put one of the UPS addresses in the order form and let UPS handle the the shipping to me in Europe?

It works... if they will ship to a UPS address, and if you separately organize with UPS to ship to Europe...

Not sure if there is any point though.. if you are paying import taxes etc its probably much the same price as buying within Europe and less hassle.

no Dell in the states is way cheaper even with import taxes on top
what's the service called at UPS to do that? I can't find any info on their site
