I'm such a dork.
I just got the biggest kick out of debugging some complex CSS - had it working perfectly on IE then had to tweak it to get it working and looking the same in Netscape...
It's taken the best part of 45 minutes and I feel like a champion now.
To celebrate I am going to eat a whole pack of skittles.

ouchie. sometimes it's easier to create separated sheets for NN and IE, so you don't have to ruin the well-working IE css just for NN.
:P

yeah - I don't want to do that though - I wanted to get it working on both using the same stylesheet - and I did! yay me!

.body { display: none; }
stay away from complex CSS. above, is all you'll ever need for a nice simple, quiet, site.
