Unfortunately, the Dept. of Justice restricted the sales of 20" paper last month because people could create pornography with it.

yes you can. contact your local printer and tell them to get you in touch with a local paper source. or ask them for some sheets if its just a few you need. most small presses are 20", it shouldnt be a big deal.
