I have to write a business plan for a multimedia company before tomorrow, for my small business management component.
I put it off and off and off.What things should I make sure I don't forget?
I wish I didn't have to study fucking business management.
I just want to do what I do best: design & code.This post is my whine.

This is for my course, not for a company I work at or nothing.I don't think it has to be that detailed.
I'm a really badly business minded person.

oh, im so stupid. Makes sense now :) I thought you were going to write it for a client.. haha, man that would've been difficult.
Yes, caffeine is good. Focus on the business, what they do and how they do it. The secret is to always backup what you write, like if you write "the firm has 10 computers" under office supplies / hardware, you have to file that under loans etc etc. You know what I mean. It's not that hard, you'll do fine!
