making a vcd with a mac

    hi guys, how does one make a vcd with a mac? I'm working with adobe premiere. What format do i render the footage as? With a pc, i usually render an avi file and convert to mpeg with TMPGEnc (great tool!). But with a mac, i'm lost. any help? Have a great weekend ahead guys! :)
