i have seen this as part of submitting for a job, do they just want a word file with how much you have made or reciptes or what any examples

no receipts. just give it to them in writing. and if you didnt make that mucvh in the past, lie a little bit. you will be glad you did.

i worked for an HR company. In most states they can never ask your previous employer how much you made, how old you are, or specifics on your race or personel files.
they can ask if you were a good worker. if there were any problems.. what date to what date you worked there... and what your title or titles were
