Which is faster to have as the OS HD?
a) A 13 GB 5200 rpm running ONLY Windows XP
b) A 41 GB 7200 rpm loaded with programs AND Windows XP
Wouldn't a stand-alone drive for Windows be faster, even though the rpm isn't as fast? You would think that lots of files mixed in with Windows files would slow it down...
What do you think? Right now I have like 4 different harddrives, and I'm curious which ones to save and which ones to throw away.

the 41Gb HD would be faster, and probably more so if you degfrag it often.
