I'm also (like shellie) from O.C. but don't live there anymore (I liked it when I was in high school, but grew to hate it later).... and now it seems so surreal that they have a show about that place... It's just flat out bizarre.
(must clear up I've never seen the show 'cuz I live abroad and they don't show it here yet)
