yep. I had one growing up in Hong Kong (still have it and it's still valid) - it made life much easier - especially leaving/entering the country, and as a valid form of ID for hiring cars, hotel rooms etc...
It's a good idea and pish-pash to civil liberties toffs....

yeah, I don't mind them. It'll get annoying kids out of the pubs. I was 15 when I started frequenting bars but I want one ruel for me and another for the youth of today. Annoying little bastards.
