dreamweaver mx 2004.
just testing it ... did you spot anything extremely useful ??
doesn't seem like a big improvement to the last version to me.

Doesn't it have improved CSS support?

i like the new css support and the reference thing is pretty fuckin cool. it also seems to save and open a little faster on my OSX than my regular DWMX does.

You are absolutely crazy if you say there is not much.
First off you now have more server behaviors for building PHP sites. For instance now you can create user restricted areas to your PHP sites in just minutes.
CSS is now fullcale, notice Dreamweaver does not insert margin properties in the Body tag and also does not write font tags in your documents. As well as allot more CSS functionality made easier.
Integration with Fireworks is unbelievable and even better than MX. You can actually do all simple image editing inside Dreamweaver MX.
New Server Behaviors for ASP.NET
DreamweaverMX2004 also has some nice templates built completely using CSS & Layers. Although basic this is good because they have to start somewhere. This will ultimately get people using CSS & Layers for building web pages with XHTML compatibility in mind.
Cross Browser validation & Secure FTP are also two major additions.
Although you probably don't care much about this stuff huh.

hmm.. thanks, http://187 , for pointing out some features, i really didn't get all of that when testing it and reading the "What's new"...
and yes, i do care.
the CSS improvements and fireworks implemenatation sound very good .. server behaviours don't bother me - still believe in handcoding..
