surfing is the ultimate stress relief. Jumping into the ocean after slaving away for weeks on end is just an unbelievable feeling to me. Everyone should try it some time, but to surf waves like the ones for that contest is an entirely different metality. People train for years just so they don't die. The power from those waves can rip your body apart...its amazing what those guys do.
