Blurry type

I know this is a long shot, but is there any way to clear up type in photoshop. I have garamond regular at 25px and its still blurry. Ive tried the different different settings
smooth> blurry
crisp> jaggy
sharp> too thin
strong>to thick and still blurry

actually i wasn't being a smart-ass!
It has happened to me several times.. like "wtf.. this looks all werid" and tried all kinds of sharpening tools when all I had to do was view it in normal size.

im at actual size and im not trying to get an HTML look.
I think im just being an overly nitpicky ass.

so do it in html then make a screen shot of it.. make it a gif

If your in WinXP, turn on cleartype, set the font in notepad, type your text, and screensnap.
