Does anyone here design thir own custom T-shirts? I was curious, cause I've made a few and had them printed, and I've gotten a lot of positive response from people ("Oh, where did you get that shirt man?")

you can check the good work of Piperboy an NT resident, he designs his own stuff at http://www.piperboy.com

I have a contact in NYC who's family lives in North India and has a textile production factory in Nepal. I might start buying bulk well made T-shirts to provide a quality printing press with a few simple designs. Something with Helvetica or DIN. One word, minimalistic etc.

that's the coolest thing about it and one of the reasons I buy clothes that, albeit might be expensive, are well-made and not many people have them. It's cool being unique with your own style right? :)

yep yep :D They are a tad expensive, even in the Mid-west...$12 a print.

that's a lot for you to shell out as a manufacturer's cost. You need to reduce that overhead cost man :) Try getting them made elsewhere. You never know, start small today and get big tomorrow.
