i really like this, does anyone know how they have done that flexing background wallpaper?, I thought the background was just standard html background, but then when it changes colour on each section, that is sik...

well, cuz it is all flash.. even the full scale bg..
they used the stage alignment component i think..
that way you can use full space of the browser windows but still have elements positioned/aligned without scaling..

There are 3 swfs on the page, I used a local connection from the main swf to the 2 sides, to call a function which changes the bg pattern on the sides....
i set some variables to check the current BG and the desired BG and swap there depths so when they change it is smooooth
The bg pattern is generated by tiling a 20*20 gif through some nifty AS

no its flash 6, the tiling and alpha of the bg would have been to much on the cpu if i had made it one big swf, it needed to be split into 3 files...
