Whats the best way to get video into flash MX?

try to get sorenson squeeze, you have to convert you video into *.flv (flashvideo)! works perfect!

Squeeze is an excellent buy - I just bought it for my current project. It's simple and works fairly intuitively.

for sure Sorenson Squeeze, but there are others as well. That's been the standard for a while. Macromedia supports them as a partner. :)

boomcrash - very nice site, but I am wondering if only a few of the videos work? I only got one to load.
Are you still working on it? I'd love to see some more vids. Have you tried Squeeze? It works quite well - my 140mb files were reduced to 2mbs
