alright. so there is this theory that search engines will rank based upon actual HTML appearances of keywords in the text of a page.
so what do flash pages do to get listed? putting hidden text is a feaux-pas now--or is there some new method?
i am working on http://www.lobsterinc.com which is almost entirely image-based. how do i get search engines to pick this up??

i never find entire flash or image sites through google...you need some html txt on your index page...!

put descriptive html text and meta tags on all your pages - and a smart description of the company in the title tags. If you have a white background make the html text white - so it doesn't get seen - vice versa if it is black.

but then doesn't hidden text get flagged down by google--and they boot you?

Are spiders that smart these days? I guess they could check your background color and see if the text is the same color - but not if you're using CSS!
