I don't know where you got this 'consensus' but they're full of shit.
I've ordered 3 shirts from there seperately and never had a single problem.
~4-5 days shipping
Now, I would never buy a Poster from basefield.
They print on crappy paper with a crappy Epson and the colors are faded before you open the tube.
Extremely misleading and disappointing.

We used to have shitty service when we were running the company out of my apartment but then we got our act together, have an office/warehouse and do our shipping about 3-4 times per week.

I have actaully never recieved one bad word about the offset prints matey from anyone who brought them.
Lets not make assumptions, and remember that these are your personal opinions...
The paper used is exactly the same that rinzen used, and the print qaulity is super tight... and done by one of the best printers in Melbourne...
But you may like to take a look at the silkscreen prints?
Sorry that you feel that way... cant keep everybody happy can I now...

haha... Had us worried for a second. Thought someone had a problem with an order.
As Jade pointed out before, this isn't the best place to voice a complaint. None of the designers [we know] selling a product are out to get anyone. Most of the time it's done for the love of the project, as in our case.
Usually an email to the ones you purchased from will do the trick.
Now go buy your kozyndan mug, because today is the last day.
