ok so im doing a scrollable text box using the scroll bar component.....i have done this serveral times...yet i cant figure out why you cant re-size the text field until that little handle turns black...and when its white HOW THE $%^& do you turn it black...or does it just do it when it wants.....this is mainly vent cus im #$%^& pissed off right now cus of this i got 3 to work and now one wont cus the bloody handle is white...turn black u #$%^&
