i want to know if any of u, know how they've done the animation of the people, ive also seen this kind of animation in other websites and seems very nice

I think they capture the frames from an original video source and then trace in Flash.
Never tried it though.

That's it Chip. It's actually very easy to do. Just a little time consuming sometimes.
