i've exhausted the google searches and other engines. i found this one project on sourceforge, but it seems to be idle and nothing to show for...but the description sounds good

I have developed a Flash CMS for myself. Based on .jpg and .txt loading in flash. It reads the .txt and .jpg's in a .php backend where you can easily change/upload images and change your text.
