I say do it Recoil if you are worried about your mom signing just work with no contract.Think you can trust em,anyway like you said you want the work more for experience than money.Hopefully all will turn out well and you won't experince not getting your money.

What if I did a thing where they agreed to the contract by typing in an "online signature" (where they just type their full name into a text field? Could I do that?

One more question, another person wants me to make a site that is "somewhat involved", but before he gives me all the info, he wants a "general" fee per hour...what should I qupte as my general fee per hour?
