stop the messages

Okay, I have no idea what this shit on my computer is but its pissing me off, it pops up and says how i should go to some website because it will stop these messages from popping up. Is this just a wierd looking pop up ad or is there something in my comp?

this is a problem that happens because Microsoft is stupid and lef t abig hole open in your OS
2 ways to fix it:
update windows
and if that doesnt work
you need to find system processes somewhere and in the long list find 'Messenger' and right click and disable it.
Basically, it's a mechanism where server/network admins can send broadcasts to users.
Except people can do it to your computer without access or authorization.
It's not hurting anything - it's just annoying.
DO NOT download pop up blockers.
THOSE contain spyware.
