take it easy pascii, you live in switzerland (your bills gonna be paid by ALV) and you live in zürich (not really hard to find a designer job)!
anyway, stick to your portfolio, its the key to a new job! and learn Flash during your last three months of work:-)
anyway, I wanted to ask, what's going on with the boogie-project mag? did I miss something? I saw, you changed the icon on the page from USflag to the continent... any other news about it?

i'll do my best : ) at the moment there are not much offers on the market. i am thinking to freelance or patchwork a little bit.
things are a wee bit busy at the moment, but i have to take my portfolio as my mainproject - and i am doing the vorkurs for 'typographischer gestalter' before the entrance examination on 6.12.
i will update the boogie-mag site as soon as possible. which means no promises. sorry for that.

I see:-) yes, stick to your portfolio, its really the most important thing at the moment!
and good luck for your vorkurs exam (did I get it right, you want to pass the exam and not start the vorkurs?)
no problem for the boogie-mag, no stress, just promise to keep the idea working, hehe:-) And dont forget that once you have your folio ready, a self-launched mag with international input could be a nice thing to promote your person!

takashi, it's not a course on the HGKZ, it's the preparation for the entrance examination, typographic bases like font history and measure-systems. dry stuff : ) the boogie-mag idea won't be forget! good hint though!

no, he studied with friends of mine in lausanne, they were all doing microtechnics and communication engineering, I was studying art history and hanging around with them because we all came from bern. if you want, I can find out his email address, so you can get in touch with him.
