I started one recently and we just got our first big project. A damn cool one too. We are 1/2 from Montreal, 1/4 Toronto and 1/4 vancouver. Hopely we can open an physical office in MTL soon then we'll be a "montreal, pure race". What are you guys up to?

I am really interested in working/living in Montreal and was wondering what the job market was like. I have been teaching myself French, and want to know how hard it is to adjust coming from the States.

I'm in mtl 2. I've lived here my whole life. I think your crazy to move here from Tampa Bay. The winters will kill ya. Work and a nice place to live are currently hard to come by here. Americans right now are buying up my hood like crazy and I almost can't afford to live here anymore cause of it. However if you want to trade places. Hey I'm all for it. If I see another snowflake I think I'm gona scream. Trust me. Come spend a couple of weeks here in Febuary and you'll be singing a different tune with a touque on your head. Oh ya for the original reason for this post. I'm down with the firm...email me ideas.

hey bhawk i hear you man, I cannot see another snowflake myself either! I hate winter sports... except hockey but I suck at it... so I have to stay inside otherwise I'm freezing to death...

Hehe. Arizona eh! I'd be down, but I like Hawaii better if you checked my photos from the link on my i.d. You work for a company right now or freelance? I'm in Old mtl and the rich people are movin in and unless god smiles on me, I'm gona have to move out :( So I'm down for anything really. Gona have to make a huge decision when my lease is up next summer. Should I stay or should I go? Or maybe I'll be one of them rich people and I could stay. But I'm into buyin a place. But the market is so inflated right now there is no way I'd get a good return and most likely lose money. Montreal's job market still has a long way to go to match it's current real estate market. Or at least for me anyway.

Im actually from Baltimore.
I moved here about three months ago.
Im used to winters, most of my relatives are in New England.
And there is no creativity here, or changing seasons.
I hate it.

Yes I guess there is something to be said for the changing of seasons. All palm trees and 24/7 air conditioning can get a little boring.
