Minidisc Preamp help!!

  Heya all,

  Help needed here! Am thinking of getting microphone at the link below for use in conjunction with my Sony Mz-N10 mindisc:

  Problem is that this mic and others I've looked at need between 9-48 volts dc of phantom power and wouldn't work with the 1/8" plug. As such I need a PREAMP! Or so it seems?

  So I'm after some recommendations on a preamp to get. Microphone will already be setting me back some so do decent preamps exist that don't cost half the earth?!

  Am in a hurry on this one as I have some particular sampling to do that I'd like to have done for a cd release by the end of October!
