Letterhead Qs n Dimensions

Hmkay maybe this is a stupid question but what dimensions are letterhead , i made a bizcard for a client and he wants letterheads now , i figure it should be 8.5x11 ? first page has logo and adress on top , all the other page have logo only to the bottom .. is that good ? anything else i should know ? do i need to make trimmarks too ?
create outline ( always do ) ... thanks yall !

i'd help you out if i could but dimensions for letterheads and cards are different in the UK from US sizes.

well isnt the 8.5x11 format standard ? ...
and i didnt apply for the DA , i already said they might offer it to me ! and i KNOW i only have 1year of experience , but what can i do ? i didnt ask for it... they offer it to me cuz they liked my stuff i did for them , i mean , like they wouldnt offer it to me if they didnt want to , i ddidnt pulled a gun or anything...and yeah print is the thing i know the less , i know about pantones a bit , bleeding , outlines , and little stuff , but i havent got the chance to do much print so im limited , specialy in the dimension , i know biz card dimension but thats about it...

eh , its alright , i just took a A4 format it think it will be ok... everything is in pantone in case he wants to send it to a printer but i think he wants to print them in-house ...
ultra basic stuff, thats what he wants , check it out see if i miss something ? thanks !
