Cingular Wireless | San Diego

  I was wondering if anyone here is from San Diego and has noticed a new marketing campaign that Cingular Wireless is testing in that area.

  If you have any info or links, please post. It is supposed to be more "urban" and geared towards the 18-25 year old crowd that they don't reach by being conservative.
