I still find the point of the movie to be very good, its a eye opener. I don't care if everyone is gonna sit here and critisize it but I think he did a good job showing americas gun culture.

mr. moore isnt a hero. he isnt a genius or a socio-political expert. He simply has a way of interpreting and communicating things he sees in a way that people will listen (and laugh).
his critics take him too seriously. he doesnt uncover anything that we dont already know (I hope). And even the greatest writers/thinkers can be held up as being inaccurate in parts of their respective works.

Be fair, it's not an objective film. I enjoyed it too, and found it insightful. But it's just as sensational as the media cutlure it criticizes.

The move sucked. Full of shit. Think if it were the same film but about France or Germany. People would be up in arms. It's just "cool" and "hip" to be anti-american right now. Kind of lame if you ask me.

you cant deny the facts. france blows up nukes in beautiful atolls. germany has a coloured history as does the UK. every country/government comes under scrutiny all the time. stop being so bloody defensive - jeeez
