I was totally against the whole friendster thing until I went on out of curiosity and hooked up with 3 old friends from high school who I have been looking for for like - 5 fucking years!!

the band yaphet kotto (allegedly) stole a bunch of recording equipment from a basement show at my friends hosue. i think they were mad that the cops showe dup just as they were about to play. not cool

I don't add people that I have never spoken to - be it by IM, email, phone, or face to face. I know people who use it whose sole purpose it is to get as many 'friends' as they can. And that is lame.
