I've got some questions concerning printing on t-shirts:
What are the different ways to print on t-shirts yourself?
What's the best way?
Where can I find a tutorial or something?Love you!

Well, I did it manaully with a board, screen and a squeegy.
To make the design you would have to buy some screen printing film to cut out the design then adhear it to the screen.
Its actually really easy to do.
You just have to find good ink to print with otherwise it will fade super easy, and you also have to find ink that you can dry with a iron or clothes dryer.
Alot of ink calls for the heat to be like 300 degrees or something and its almost imposible to do that at home.
I actually have an old screen, board and squeegy I am selling if you are interested.

i actually tried the transfer paper route. Avery makes transfers for dark shirts. it works ok, but after you dry it a few times, it starts to crack. just depends. i'm thinking of trying Epson's transfer paper, but i'm not sure if it works for dark shirts. i wish cafepress did dark shirts.

The normal way to print on a shirt would be to silkscreen it. This is a relatively simple process but you need a certain amount of equipment-screen, film, ink, emulsion, dryer, etc. If you want to do this yourself maybe you should take a class at city college and use their stuff.
