i just bought a condo and supposedly there are some hot chicks that live up stairs....hmmmm..

this is really a renting vs. buying question.
in rental land, which i just left (brought a townhome in May) people come and go on a more regular basis.
in purchase land. not so much. if it goes wrong, the other person could be around for quite a while.

This is one of those embarassing moments...I am involved in a situation where my roomate is dating our neighbors, and it has just turned ugly...and the lingo you and crapmeister were using was very similar to two of my friends, so I thought I'd through in my two cents. Sorry to infringe! (:

the shit part is, my neighbors on the other side of me are best friends with this girl. and I dig hangin' out with them as well. so if something went wrong, i'd probably get the gas face from them as well.
