Flash and DVDs

  Is it possible to use flash for designing a DVD presentation? Or will I need to use a DVD specific authoring program?

  Is there a specific size that for the video?

  Will that work when played in a home DVD player?

  I am mostly concerned with being able to design the navigation.

  I am familiar with making exes (I think ;-) for computers, it's just the home stuff I don't know much about.
