Flash Player vs Projector

Dammit, all my swf files open in a Flash Projector on my HD instead of the Flash Player. Doing the Get Info > Open With thing doesn't work, it just reverts to the projector again.
Any ideas or is it a bug I'm stuck with? Obviously I could delete the Projector but I shouldn't have to.

erm...
how do you know it's a projector and not just the stand alone player?
Just curious...

Because it opens up the projector not the swf when I dbl-click the swf, darn annoying. I'll just have to workaround it by sticking the projector in a stuffit file or something. It's not a big problem, just a little odd.

I'd suggest that it's just opening in the stand-alone player and not in a projector...
Projectors need to be published or created in the stand alone player...

You'd be wrong then. It's opening up a completely different file from the one I click on, the file that opens is a projector I did (published from Flash) for another project, and when I do the Get Info > Open With thing it lists the projector as the default app to open swfs with and won't let me change it to the Flash Player (which is also listed) - each time I select it and let go it just reverts to the projector. Bunch of arse.

Nah, thanks anyway, just wondered if anyone else had experienced it. I'll send Macromedia a bug report on it and see what happens.

You mean they won't recall Flash and give us all refunds? Cheap bastards.
