PS Eyedropper

  Silly problem here. I have somehow gotten my eyedropper to only choose the background color on selecting. I use it, it changes the background swatch. I flip them and then it does it again.
  Any ideas?

  In the COLOR palette click the overlapping swatches to set FG or BG colour. Then use the picker.
