You actually had 2 threads before asking for feedback with this layout.. how would you expect to have feedback if you have quite almost nothing yet done?
I'd recomend you to get the navigation finished and place at least 1 or 2 movies so we can check it out and tell you more..
I only see some elements blinking so far.

I like it. Interesting transitions.
The things I noticed (besides the refresh issue):
Alignment - the yellow hor. bar on the left looks out of place with the larger, dark gray bar (with the numbers) on the right. I would just suggest making it look more continuous, as most of it seems to flow over eachother nicely. Those seem a little out of place.
Minor, imho.I'd like to see it with movies...

either boomcrahs has five names and an equal amount of portfolios url's, or these movies don't belong to him... i've don,e a little search around with the name of the movies.. : u'll find them all over the place and the links related to them are different..

I think you're on to something here. There's something not quite right with this fella boomcrash, I mean he's always posting questions on here asking how much to charge for his work and does this look any good. And by looking at "his" work he doesn’t need any help on design and if he has done all of this work why would he post questions on here about how much should he charge and stuff. There’s something fishy here, I’ve noticed it for a while but I cant put my finger on it. Type in freefordesign in the search section to see all his posts.
