FLAH MX ..> VIDEO?

so i'm about to go heavy into video on flash MX and was just wondering if anyone who's ben using it has any tips, or problems they've encountered...
ie. best format to import, colors, etc.

-keep it short if you have a talking head
-don't use video that needs to be synced with audio
-use sorenson squeeze and buy it, it will save you alot of trouble

yep, http://www.sorenson.com hands down works really well.
If you are using audio then us it independently of the video and just place is as .wav file format within a time frame or clip or whatever.

I'm currently working on a project that involves about 60 videos. Production was done in house, and we used Squeeze. I had no problems syncing audio, though each clip is only around 5 seconds. Make sure you match the video frame rate with your Flash frame rate. I've also found that exporting FLV produces a slightly smaller size than SWF.
