where can i get some half decent ones.... all the ones ive found are either too small or unreadable...

Atmic Media has some nice faces. there's tons of them scattered around different sites, I remember recently some real decent ones at 52 Nord's site.

most pixel fonts are barely legible in the first place. you can find many at http://www.dafont.com or see what C.Kroeger is offering at http://www.miniml.com or possibly search them out.
